Cancellation Policy
Oil Change Policy Advertised oil change pricing is based on standard vehicles and includes up to 4 quarts of oil. Final price may vary depending on vehicle year, make, model, engine size, oil type required, oil capacity, and filter type. Vehicles requiring additional oil (beyond 4 quarts), specialty oils (synthetic or high-mileage), cartridge filters, or special procedures may incur additional charges. Customer will be notified of any price adjustments prior to service. Property and Liability Disclaimer Killeen Auto Solutions is not responsible for any damaged, missing, or stolen items left inside the vehicle while it is on our premises for service or storage. Customers are strongly encouraged to remove all valuables (including electronics, tools, and cash) before dropping off their vehicle. Furthermore, Killeen Auto Solutions shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from Acts of God (including hail, wind, or floods), fire, or other incidents beyond our control. All vehicles are parked and serviced at the owner’s risk.
