*Lifetime Wheel Alignment: Terms & Conditions*

1.⁠ ⁠Program Eligibility & Exclusions: This program is strictly limited to stock, unmodified passenger vehicles.

 

Modified Vehicles: Any vehicle with aftermarket lift kits, lowering springs, coilovers, air suspension, or modified chassis components is strictly excluded.

 

Usage: Valid only for personal use. Commercial vehicles, ride-share (Uber/Lyft), and off-road vehicles are not eligible.

 

Ownership: This plan is registered to the specific VIN and the original purchaser. it is non-transferable to new owners or different vehicles.

 

2.⁠ ⁠The 4-Month Maintenance Requirement: To ensure maximum tire life and safety, the customer is required to return to Killeen Auto Solutions every four (4) months minimum for a complimentary alignment check.

 

Regular checks allow us to identify suspension wear before it causes costly damage.

 

Failure to adhere to the 4-month interval may result in the voiding of any tire-wear guarantees offered by Killeen Auto Solutions.

 

3.⁠ ⁠Parts and Repairs: This agreement covers labor for alignment adjustments only.

 

Pre-Alignment Inspection: We will not perform an alignment on a vehicle with worn, loose, or damaged suspension parts (e.g., ball joints, tie rods).

 

Required Repairs: If faulty parts are found, they must be replaced at the customer’s expense before the alignment can be completed.

 

Hardware: Any specialized shim kits, cam bolts, or seized hardware requiring extra labor/heat to loosen are not included in the program fee.

 

4.⁠ ⁠Limit of Liability: Killeen Auto Solutions is not responsible for tire wear caused by improper inflation, lack of rotation, or mechanical failure of non-covered components.

 

*WHEEL BALANCE, ALIGNMENT AND ROTATION*

1.⁠ ⁠Included Services: This is a one-time service package for the vehicle identified by VIN on the invoice at the moment of service. It includes:

 

Wheel Alignment: Precision adjustment of toe, camber, and caster to factory specifications.

 

Tire Rotation: Moving tires to different positions to ensure even tread wear.

 

Computerized Wheel Balance: Standard dynamic balancing (Note: This is not a Road Force balance).

 

2.⁠ ⁠4-Month Maintenance Recommendation: To maximize the life of your tires and ensure continued safety, we strongly recommend returning to Killeen Auto Solutions every six (6) months or 6,000 miles for a complimentary visual alignment and tire pressure check.

 

3.⁠ ⁠Specialized & Modified Vehicle Surcharges: Standard pricing applies only to stock, factory-height passenger vehicles.

 

Modified Vehicles: Vehicles with aftermarket lift kits, lowering springs, coilovers, or air suspension are subject to a Customization Surcharge. These vehicles require additional labor and manual adjustments.

 

Special Requirements: Vehicles requiring the removal of skid plates, specialized aftermarket accessories, or electronic resets (Steering Angle Sensor) might incur additional labor fees. You will be notified upon initial inspection of the vehicle.

 

4.⁠ ⁠Mechanical Condition & Component Failure

 

Worn Parts: Service will not be performed on vehicles with unsafe or worn components (e.g., ball joints, wheel bearings, tie rods).

 

Rust & Seized Hardware: Components that are structurally compromised by rust or adjustment points (e.g., cam bolts, tie rod sleeves) that are seized solid are considered damaged. If the use of heat (torch) or specialized extraction tools is required to perform the alignment, additional labor charges will apply.

 

Liability: Killeen Auto Solutions is not responsible for the failure of rusted or brittle components during standard adjustment attempts.

 

5.⁠ ⁠Terms of Service

 

This service is non-refundable once the vehicle has been placed on the alignment rack.

 

Parts (shims, weights, camber kits) are not included in the labor price and will be billed separately.

 

*Free Alignment Inspection Disclaimer*

1.⁠ ⁠Scope of Service This is a Complimentary Visual & Diagnostic Alignment Inspection only. This service is intended to identify the current alignment state of your vehicle and the condition of related suspension components.

 

2.⁠ ⁠No Adjustments Included; No mechanical adjustments, "tweaks," or parts installations will be performed during this inspection. If the inspection reveals that an alignment is necessary, a separate estimate for the full alignment service (labor and any required parts) will be provided for your approval.

 

3.⁠ ⁠Inspection Limitations

 

Suspension Health: We will not perform an alignment or an inspection on vehicles with dangerously worn or broken components.

 

Modified Vehicles: Stock factory specifications are used for this inspection. Vehicles with aftermarket lift/lowering kits may be subject to a diagnostic fee due to the additional labor required to measure custom geometry.

 

Rust & Corrosion: If adjustment points (tie rods/cam bolts) are found to be seized or severely rusted during the inspection, we will note this on the report as a required repair.

 

4.⁠ ⁠Liability: This inspection is a report of the vehicle's condition at the time of service. [Your Shop Name] is not liable for existing tire wear, pull, or handling issues that persist if the customer chooses not to proceed with the recommended repairs or alignment service.
